ADA Accessibility Compliance

The Inn is Proud and Honored to offer ADA-Compliant Accommodations

The parking lot is well paved and maintained with ramp access to all sidewalk areas. To accommodate our ADA guests we have 7 Handicap parking stalls located close to the main entrance of  the hotel.  

The entrance features motion-sensored, automatic double doors which provide easy access to the front desk, Preston’s Restaurant, our grand ballroom, and an elevator to the second floor of the conference center.  

The front desk is ADA accessible and we have a bell stand/concierge desk just inside the lobby entrance to assist the guest with inquiries. We have three guest elevators that are all ADA accessible: one that provides access to the second floor conference center, and two which provide access to all four guest room floors.    

All of our meeting rooms are ADA accessible. Preston’s Restaurant as well as The Continental Divide Lounge are wheel chair accessible. We have a total of 12 ADA compliant guestrooms in the hotel, including six rooms with two double beds, four rooms with a single king bed, one deluxe king room, and one two-room king executive suite.  

All room signs, including all guest and conference rooms feature Braille, as does the ATM located in our lobby. Our fire alarm system features visual strobe lights in addition to the audible alarm.
