Technology At our conference center, the information superhighway is always at your fingertips, as are the latest advances in multimedia and video teleconferencing. Our in-house Technology Consultant will meet with you to help design and plan for your every need. Supporting the facility's capabilities is a technical staff available seven days a week. Technicians
Our talented and knowledgeable technician staff is here to make sure your presentation goes as flawlessly as possible. Our technicians will meet with you before your meeting, make sure your equipment is ready and help you become more comfortable with operating it.
For an added level of service Dedicated Technicians are available. With a Dedicated Technician you have that knowledge and service right in your meeting room during your event to make sure everything goes smoothly, operate the equipment for you, and spot any potential problems before they occur and solve them! |

Data & Computers
Your presentation is the most important thing. It's the reason to be here, and it's our job to make sure it can be seen. Our LCD projectors range from 1200 - 3000 ANSI Lumens, to ensure your presentation is bright enough to be seen by everyone in the room and have keystone correction to keep your image looking great. For our larger ballrooms projectors are equipped with wide-angle lenses to take up less floor space, allowing more people to fit in a room and still have excellent looking projection.
To help ease travel, computers are available for your presentations, loaded with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Point. Instead of having 12 presenters carrying computers, just have them bring their presentation on floppy, CD, or zip disk and load them on our computer, ready for presentations and already connected to our projectors.
Keep your conference in touch with the world with E-mail stations. These stations can be placed around the conference center and allow your attendees to check e-mail, news, or who just outbid them on Ebay during breaks. If you know your conference attendees will possess wireless cards you might want to make arrangements for a wireless café, where they can sit comfortably and connect with the outside world. |

Video
Utilizing Broadcast quality digital video equipment, we can bring an added level of professionalism to your meeting and meet a variety of needs.
With Image Magnification (IMAG) every seat in the house becomes the best seat. Your presenter is projected up on screen, allowing even those sitting in the back to have a good view of the presenter and see detailed facial expressions that 90% of your audience would otherwise miss.
Do you have more attendees than expected? Your keynote speakers can be broadcast on one of our Conference Center channels. Using this your presenter can be shown in a separate room, allowing your members to stay together even if they aren't in the same room as the presenter, or the channel can be accessed from our guest rooms, allowing your attendees to watch the presentation from the comfort of their room.
Our Conference Center channels can also be used to broadcast your conference's informational video, or power point presentation. Previous users have used this to show videos about the surrounding areas, the history of the hotel, or to announce door prize winners and changes to the meeting schedule.
Keep a copy of your event to remember. Your event can be videotaped with the level of detail you desire. Whether it's a single camera, or multiple cameras and power point presentations, we'll Live Edit your event using our video switcher, cameras, and scan converters/scan doublers and at the end you'll have a tangible history of your event.
With Satellite capabilities your meeting can easily be linked to become part of a larger picture. With Satellite downlink a presentation can be received and shown in one of your meeting rooms, or uplink your presentation to be seen at many other locations. Or, if you want interactivity between the different locations, videoconferencing is available, allowing your side to ask or receive questions and interact with people on the other side. |

Communication
The needs for your conference won't always be contained within the walls of our conference center and we're happy to help you reach the outside world. We have a variety of full duplex conference phones to fit your meeting with the phone that will meet your needs. Don't let the size of your group limit you. For larger meetings we can interface the conference phone with our PA system, using microphones to communicate with those on the other side and listening to the call on our house or customized sound setup.
Local and toll free calls are built into phone rental, meaning no extra charges other then the phone rental itself, and our conference phone lines have Direct In Dial, so there's no need to go through the Hotel Operator to get to your registration from the outside world. Long distance capabilities can be easily added (long distance charges will apply).
Courtesy house phones are typically set at conference registration tables to allow you to communicate your needs to our staff quickly. Have multiple registration areas? We can set your phones to roll over to other areas so unmanned areas don't have to mean missed calls. Or, arrange for voicemail and ensure you don't miss the message, even if you missed the call.
When just voice communication won't do, Videoconferencing is also available. Our VTEL videoconferencing system is able to connect over the internet or our ISDN lines with a connection up to 384kbps: an almost television quality connection. With the SmartCam feature the equipment itself can switch cameras between speakers, or for larger meetings the VTEL system can be connected to additional video equipment, allowing projection on screens and manned cameras. |

Internet Connectivity/Networking
A network of Fiber Optic and Ethernet (Category 5 cable with RJ-45 connectors) makes up the backbone of the Conference Center's network, connecting each of our 35 meeting rooms to our T1 connection, or allowing us to connect them for an internal network.
Connecting to our T1 is easy, all you need is a computer with an Ethernet connection. We'll provide the cable, and you'll be checking your e-mail, surfing the web, or connecting to your VPN in no time.
Our internal switched network works at a speed of 100Mbps, with 10/100 Mbps hardware, allowing you the fastest connections for your LAN party or networked conference office. |

High End Audio & Lighting
From stand up comedians to the Miss America Homecoming Celebration to public committee meetings, we haven't found an event we can't handle. Whether bumping your meeting up a notch, running lights and sound for your hired entertainment, or helping you with your version of the Oscars, our customized lighting and sound setups will be sure to please.
Have a public hearing where every one of your committee members needs to be heard or recorded? Our low visibility table microphones are designed to pick up your speakers' voices, but not block their faces. With Push to Talk / Push to Mute buttons the speakers have more control over what goes over the microphones and what doesn't. The microphones will be mixed and equalized before you arrive to give you the best sound possible so none of your committee has to worry about the technology.
On the entertainment side, whether it is one speaker, or a full band, a sound system can be customized that will be appropriate for your performer and the room they are performing in. With a wide range of speaker cabinets, monitor speakers, delays, equalizers, and mixers to choose from, your show will have the sound it deserves to blow your audience away!
Of course, just hearing your entertainment may not be enough. Add that extra punch with higher end lighting. With different colored lights to create mood, follow spots, or even moving Intellibeams, we can create the atmosphere you want! |

Quality Specialized Rooms
One of the benefits of our Conference Center is that it offers the flexibility to arrange any sort of equipment setup almost anywhere. Our premier meeting space is a magnificent amphitheater equipped with professional front and rear projection booths and dual rear-screen data and video projection capabilities, drop down screens for front projection, ergonomic seating, Ethernet connectivity, adjustable lighting, and outstanding acoustics. Our luxurious boardrooms place commonly used equipment at your fingertips without taking up valuable meeting space. We also have a broadcast/distance learning broadcast room which has a built-in sound-lock entrance, technician control booth, and is perfectly suited for audio and video recording. |

Off-Site Functions
Our technology isn't limited only to the Conference Center building.
